Our graduates can register with Yoga Alliance (USA) as registered yoga teachers i.e. RYT 200 after successful completion of 200 hour YTTC. Teaching and learning is therefore designed in such a way that ethical practices are ingrained automatically in the students.

Registration Process

When you are ready to register for any of Tattvaa Yogashala's courses or programs, please submit the Application / Registration Form online or contact us so we may assist you with your registration. We will email you registration confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your essential paperwork and documentation. After we have verified your spot and registration in the course, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount as part of the course fee.

The remaining balance will be due upon your arrival in Rishikesh or before to your arrival. Please email us a copy of your deposit receipt or proof of deposit after you have sent your deposit so that we can finish your registration. Applications are handled in the order they are received. Tattvaa Yogashala reserves the right to accept or decline any application without explanation.

Your acceptance letter will include payment procedure information and instructions. To reserve your spot, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total charge. The remaining money can be made on Orientation Day, when you arrive in Rishikesh. We take cash (Indian Rupees or US Dollars), credit card, and online transfers using Transferwise. Online transfers can be made in any currency, since we will receive all payments in Indian rupees.

The course fee, including the registration deposit, is non-refundable and is valid for one year from the course date. Students must submit a deposit to confirm their spot, and the remaining course fee must be paid in full before the course begins. Please keep in mind that we do not issue refunds, thus it is your duty to ensure that you are adequately insured against any unforeseen events that prevent you from attending the course or force you to leave early.

For 200-hour Yoga Training Courses, prior experience and knowledge of Yoga is recommended. This course is open to all levels of practitioners. Because the course is physically rigorous, the applicant must be in good physical shape. What matters most is that the applicant arrives with an open mind and a desire to learn. While in Tattvaa Yogashala, the student should be able to devote themselves totally to the course.



The teacher training program is extremely demanding, requiring at least 9 hours of daily attendance and requiring 100% attendance. Participants are required to adhere to the program and attend all classes, sessions, and activities. Rishikesh is a holy city, hence all of the food is vegetarian. Although students are not required to follow a vegetarian diet,

All international visitors to India must obtain a visa before arriving. Please allow enough time to obtain an Indian Tourist Visa from an Indian Consulate or Visa Services Company before departing your home country and traveling to India. Please also arrange for enough travel insurance and any other necessities you may have (for example, banking and healthcare) before departing.

You are welcome to bring your laptop, cameras, phones, tablets, or other devices with you to India. Please leave any valuables (such as jewelry) at home. If you must bring your valuables, please ensure that you can keep them safely. Rishikesh is a safe place, and Tattvaa Yogashala ensures your safety as a student.

When you arrive in Rishikesh, please go to Tattvaa Yogashala to greet us! On the first day of the course, at 3 p.m., there is an Orientation Meeting. This meeting will introduce the students to the lecturers, allow them to meet one another, and familiarize them with the space and course facilities. The introduction meeting also includes a course schedule, an overview of course material, information on class location, and the opportunity to ask questions about the course and Rishikesh.

Students are required to attend the Orientation Meeting. You are invited to arrive in Rishikesh early to either become acquainted with this wonderful city or to jumpstart your training course by practicing with us before your course begins. Please keep in mind that all accommodation and classes prior to your course's start date are not included in the course fee and must be paid for and arranged separately.

- You must include a recent passport-size photo of yourself.

- A crisp photocopy or scan (in color) of your valid passport, with all details clearly legible.
